Great for layering

Great lightweight beanie, awesome for layering on extra cold ski tours. I keep this in my ski and camera pack at all times in case the temp suddenly drops, and hardly know it's there because it folds up nice and small. Love the anti-stink merino factor, and the reversible color change is a nice touch.
Great Helmet Liner

I got mine to replace the helmet liner that I lost. Though this is slightly too big for my pea head, it's a great weight liner. In a pinch, I even stuck it in my kids jacket as a facemask. It's super soft, comfy, fits well. Great item!
Nice but not big enough

Love it but it doesn't cover all of my ears. Great to wear around the house but I can't take it hiking because half my ears would complain.
Love it!

Tiny super beanie

I bought first one just because it was on sale, but now I bought one for my wife. My mother liked it as well, so she bought one for herself.
I usually carry it with me just in case it is chilly outside. It is so tiny that I sometimes forget that it is in my pocket.
Good for exercising in cool weather.
Exactly what I was looking for!

I live at 7,000 feet and even when it is nice during the day, the nights are chilly. I was looking for a small, warm hat that fits my big noggin and this is great for that. Don't really notice it in my vest pocket. I may pick up another so I don't forget it in my other coat pocket!

Got this for running on cold days. It works great and I love that it is reversible. It is not bulky. If you warm up and need to take off easily fits in pocket or can be tucked in a waist band.

I bought one of these two years ago to run in during the winter. It worked great for that, but one winter eve I decided to wear it to bed (I keep it cool in the house at night and use a warm down comforter). This beanie is fantastic as a sleep hood!
So I had to buy a second one to use for running. That was fine until this year - as the weather cooled it became my go-to headgear when doing anything outside. It just feels great on those cool mornings and evenings.
So I had to buy a third one for running....

Great on a chilly morning, under my bicycle and ski helmets. I have an amazing collection of ski hats but this one's getting the most use.

This beanie just feels so good when you put it on. I have worn it in temperatures ranging from the mid thirties to the mid sixties and have been very comfortable. Possibly the neatest thing about the Pocket 200 is that it really will fit in my pocket, so I can have it ready just in case.
Don't forget your pocket beanie!

Loved having this hat all winter long for the chill of the early morning that faded as the temperature warmed up during my hikes and walks. Lightweight, keeps you just warm enough without overheating! If it warms up too much, it easily fits in your pocket without taking up too much room. You'll wonder how you ever lived without it once you own one!

Not the season for it, but it replaces a really great skull cap I lost at Mt. Washington due to stupid. It fits well, and the reverse colors give me some flexibility. I like that. Not sure on warmth and stink wiking yet. Will know next winter.
Lightweight, breathable, does the job and fits!

Lightweight, breathable does the job and fits! Great for high activity in cold weather or for casual activity in cool weather. Fits snug but not constricting. I have a medium sized head and not too high from ears up, so this fits perfectly over the ears for me.

I love this beanie. I recently purchased my second one so that I could rotate through colors. I wear this camping on cold nights/mornings. I wear it under my bicycling helmet on cold morning commutes and under my ski helmet on snow days. It fits perfectly and is comfortable for all types of days. I even wear it under a different winter hat for those really cold days to keep me a little warmer. It is perfect.

I had been looking for the perfect under the helmet beanie for colder weather and this bad boy has been all that and more. I feel naked without it now?

Non-bulky, soft and awesome. The photo is May in Maine, where the nights can get a little chilleh.

I wear the hat in temps from 25-40 F, usually with a baseball cap over it. It keeps the ears warm and is nice while being active because it breathes, but dont count on it in the wind. Wish I could reverse it but the reverse is a rather ugly pastel color (light blue).
