The delicate prints on the Icebreaker Women’s Long-Sleeve Nature Lite200 Vista Top make it much more than a wicking merino base layer—although it is, of course, that as well. A feminine scoop neck shape and smooth seams make this a top you could just as well wear to a dinner date as cross-country skiing. This is a beautiful shirt: beautiful color, beautiful design, beautiful fabric...and functional, too! Icebreaker's merino wool does not feel like wool at all, except for it's amazing insulating properties, but there is no itch whatsoever. I wear this as a casual shirt, but I could easily layer it under any other Icebreaker piece, sweater or sweatshirt.
