Perfect, man. Perfect!
Full Tilt
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
Merino wool is where it's at. I have the Quantum vest, which has a little more fitted cut than this hoodie. Still athletic, but without showing your nips to the world. The monkey thumbs on the sleeves are probably good if you have a 33"-34" sleeve. I'm 6"2', 185 lbs, 43" chest and 33" waist. The large fits me perfectly. I have 35" arms, so I just don't use the thumbholes.
This item is my new go-to midlayer, now I'm looking forward to Fall and Winter.
Top notch, you won't be dissapointed

I have owned one of these for over 12 months now and this is my go to hoody for just about everything be it casual wear, cool weather running or a midlayer for skiing. It has an extremely comfortable fit, breathes and wicks moisture like a beast and you just can't beat Merino wool. I wore this jacket every day for 2 weeks straight snowboarding in Japan and there was not any smell at all!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It is very soft, thin but very warm! He loves it. It's worth the money!

Just back from a five-day, 1200 mile motorcycle trip chasing corners from Pittsburgh to Southwestern Virginia and back. Temperature ranges as varied as the terrain and road conditions. From 80s in the valleys in bright sunshine to 25 miles of 48 degree, fog-bound creeping along the Blue Ridge Parkway to the 56 degree high-speed jaunt home on Monday. I never took this hoody off once (other than to shower). Thin polyester long-sleeve underneath when it was hot and light insulated vest on top when it was cooler. Never too hot and never once cold. I've always been a fan of merino wool since my first really good cycling shorts in the 1970s. The new clothing applications are outstanding and this is a great example. I'm 6', 215lbs, long-waisted and the XL is perfect. And it never smells!

I absolutely love wearing this shirt whenever I go out for casual dressed functions. It keeps me warm and allows me to pair it with a nice icebreaker t so I don't sweat in hotter conditions. If you want style and comfort all at the same time choose this option and you will never be disappointed! One word of CAUTION: Never machine dry this garment! Always hang dry! I am 6'2", athletic build, and I wear a large

I am actually right in that range and would definitely say a large is the best way to go. A medium would be way too short.

I have had one of these hoodies for a year and have been inpressed by how well it regulates body temperature. I have worn it running on mornings that start cool (mid forties) but remain comfortable well above those temperatures. This jacket does just as well on bitter days, keeping me comfortable well below freezing. I love the athletic fit and the soft feel of the wool. It also dries quickly enough that I can wear it on a high tempo ride into work, and it won't feel damp on the way home.
