Ideal Workout Shirt

This is my favorite shirt to workout in. It's very lightweight and breathable with the mesh sides and what not. It also doesn't stink and pulls moisture away from your body so you don't feel dampness. Plus, the blue and green colors are really cool looking and the fit is great. A++

I really loved the IcebreakerGT / 150 SS Dash Crewe. I used it for kayaking, hiking, and riding my bike around town. The meshing on the waist of the shirt helped keep me cool even when it was 100 degrees outside! What I loved the most was that I didn’t start to feel sweaty or clammy while wearing it. Other synthetic shirts I have used have been uncomfortable to wear because they soak up sweat and it takes a while for it to evaporate. The Dashe crew did a much better job at allowing evaporation than my other synthetics. I also liked wearing it just to hang around the house or when I was out with friends because the fit is very comfortable.
