Sized similar to most things Icebreaker: small. These capris are incredibly comfortable. I have used them for yoga and running with zero complaints. They fit, don't bind, and look great. I find myself wearing these all the time now. The flare is very subtle and looks great. It allows me to wear these out in public and not have the capris look like strictly "gym rat" fare. I'm buying more.

These are true to size or a bit big. I wear a 4-6 in trousers, small in most bottoms and the xsmall of these fit fine at the waist. They have no compression but the wool is smooth, and they sort of flare a little below the knee. They are ok, but I wanted something for hot yoga and don't like the flare - it is more dramatic on me than the model.
