No matter what you plan to do while you wear it (running, skiing, acrobatics, wilderness modeling, etc.), the Icebreaker BodyFit150 Anatomica Boxer provides the fit, feel, and performance your most delicate parts desire. Its merino wool and Lycra fabric breathe and stretch as you move, and the anatomically placed pouch, which leans to the left, matches your, uh ... configuration perfectly.

  • Merino wool fabric regulates your body temperature and resists the buildup of odors so there's less stink and less laundry during the week and on vacations
  • Bodyfit150 provides lightweight insulation for everyday wear or aerobic exercise
  • A hint of Lycra creates a close, stretchy fit for body-hugging comfort
  • Contoured, left-leaning pouch
  • The 3.1-inch inseam on this boxer helps prevent seam rubbing
  • A 1.3-inch elastic waistband secures the boxer as you ski-tour, hike, or run through the mountains

Here's what others have to say...

Short Legs, good fabric

the fabric is the same great lightweight merino fabric that you find in icebreaker's other products. it wicks wells, breathes well, and fights the stank.

i believe the "anatomica" refers to the construction of the underwear: icebreaker has a well defined pouch for your tool in these shorts. i don't think it's as comfortable or supportive as traditional construction, but allows a little more airflow.

unfortunately, the legs on these are too short. my wife thinks they're cute, but they ride up and end up looking more like briefs (which i don't think she finds cute). i kinda wish they had silicon grippers on the legs like my chamois.

never buy these!

These things belong in the rag drawer. Terrible as they do not hold in what they are supposed to!

Not for everyone

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

Do you like it when the legs of your boxers (these are called "boxers", but fit more like boxer briefs) ride up into the crevice between your scrotum and your leg? Then these are for you! I think they ride up because the length of the legs is so short.

It's so comfy..

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Thought I try this boxer out and I have to say, I like it. It's so comfy and lightweight, you don't even feel like you are wearing it.

not nice at all.

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

I received the briefs and washed it to try to wear it the next day. Wore it the whole day to work to try how comfortable it is. It's NOT comfortable at all. The brief rides up and makes it uncomfortable when you're on the move. I felt it on the groin, buttocks and the crack and is really irritating. I would comment on how great the wool fabric would be, but what is a fabric when you really don't want to wear it because the comfort level really sucks. I can't comment on the "no stink" area since i'm really not planning to wear it anymore. For reference, i'm 5'6" 32-34 waist line i ordered size M as indicated on their sizing chart.
On a good note shipment from Backcountry was super fast this time giving them 5 stars.

Lightweight and breathable

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

These are awesome. I have trouble swallowing the price, but I'm strongly considering a few more pairs. They are breathable, stay dry, and strongly resist odors. This makes them great for travelling when you may not be able to change for an extended period of time.

Bought my second pair

I started with the briefs which are excellent and just got another pair of these. They go into the wash about every three weeks and I just rotate them. The reduced laundry load is the greatest thing ever. No smell no grimy feel just breeze.

Travel Friendly

I bought these for travel use. So far, I've tested them out on one long weekend trip. These underwear definitely don't hold odors so A+ for that. They also seem to keep dry and are super comfortable. So far, these are great!

keeps my nuts smelling....less bad

i love the way these feel. and they keep my junk from smelling junky. i'm gonna go get some more. Why did I wait so long to buy better underwear? After all, you wear them every day....or maybe almost every day.

a good design
can't shift them around
tried on
then wore for a day.
had a small hole by the end, from adjusting
feel like i would have been happier with a pair of saxx

Responded on

icebreaker does a great job of replacing items. just get in contact with them.

So soft!

I was skeptical about merino wool boxers at first, but now I'm a believer! Great for hikes in hot places to help avoid swass and bunching. Only wish I realized these are the ones without a fly...

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share

I got these for my son doing the underwear run at the Kona Ironman. He wanted them because of the bright colors, but says there are the nicest boxers he has ever owned.
