I would go with a Large. Ibex bottoms seem to be just a hair on the large size but the tops always fit true to size for me. Last thing you'll want is restriction in the upstairs.

It looks like it is mixed source because the wool is from Australia and the cloth bits are from China. It is assembled in China:

This is the warmest, softest wool sweater I've ever had; and I use it for general use and mountaineering. I buy the men's small 'cause I have long arms and long belly.
