I/O Merino’s Contact ¾ Length merino wool bottoms offer lightweight insulation from the cold and all of the comfort merino wool, but without competing for space in your already crowded ski, snowboard, mountaineering, and or combat boots. That way, your shins can stay looking their shiny best all year long. And if you’re one of the billions of people worldwide whose clothes smell bad when you sweat, merino wool won’t retain any of your stank molecules.

Bottom Line: Show some skin where it counts.

Great BC Ski layer

Kind of like a beautifully crafted second skin - warm, unobtrusive and very comfortable. I like these for BC skiing as they don't overlap/interfere with ski socks or boots.

One of the HUGE advantages of Merino wool is that is not stinky. You can wear these tights for days/weeks on end and they don't get too grungy.

Very nice.

After about 20 minutes of wearing the waistband elastic was shot and the pants then ripped from having to pull them up again and again within an hour of running. Contacted company numerous times and was ignored!! DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY!!!

There is NO fly or "front hole" on these...unless you think a "fly" means pulling your pants down....

perfect light base layer

I have only used these a handfull of times, but am thoroughly satisfied. I have never been a big fan of wool, as it generally doesn't wick and dry as well for me, but these do a great job. Super light, just the right warmth and no conflict with boot tongue. I use them under a light hard shell, and a softshell also with equally good results. Very stretchy, so if in doubt as to size go a tad small. I am right in between a Medium and large, and wet with the medium. Perfect. get 'em, you won't be disatisfied.

I can only agree with Andrew. Been loving the 3/4 length tights, combined with a good ski sock and gore shells with side-zip vents = max comfort. I recently wore these for four days straight (24 hour a day) on a BC cabin trip in a range of temperatures, and came out smelling fresh! Amazing.
