Got this Hoodie,as like weight climbing jacket. It works OK, just enough to keep the chill out. it's fairly thin, but it does work well. I'd wait till it goes on sale.

No, I would not consider this jacket to be a hard fleece since it does not block wind. However, this is not a fuzzy fleece exterior it is a matte polartec power stretch feeling fleece.
