I have three versions of this shirt (different colors, with different stitch designs). I wear them to the office with dress pants and they look great with jeans on the weekend. The size is true and I don't need to iron them. All I do is wash in cold water, hang on plastic hanger to dry.

Love this shirt. I wear petite sizes and the length is perfect although the arm length is a bit long but I can live with that. I own 3 of these in different colors and wish I could have waited until they were on sale. Oh well.
