It fits pretty loose. I'm 6', 240 and went with an XXL. It fits perfect. The sleeves are little long, but not annoying. An XL would have probably worked, but i'm more comfortable with it the way it is. It is very warm and super comfortable.

This shirt is wonderful, very soft and warm. I believe it should be called a sweater or pullover, as it is thicker than most shirts. The only issue i have found is that the sleeves have multiple seams so the stitching causes a small amount of chafing, but that is a very minor gripe. As the review above states, the iceman truly is dangerously comfortable
