Does this jacket fit small? or large? long arms, short arms? Seems I would be a small according to the size chart, but need length in the arms, and my shoulders are not super narrow.

Well, the Edie is a little tailored, a little svelte, a little, well, slim. It was designed to be a layer -- it takes a hard shell over the top very nicely, thank you. The sleeves are a normal length: not too long, not too short, just right!
