    Get buzzed.

Everybody loves waffles, but Honey Stinger's 16-Pack of Stinger Waffles might elevate your love to the next level. Not only are they delicious (with flavors running the gamut from lemon to vanilla to chocolate to strawberry), but they pack a natural nutrition punch that's tastier than lab-developed frankenbars. Most of the energy comes from honey, which is easy to digest so you never feel like you just ate a brick. The chewy texture of the waffle is just right—not too hard, not too soft—and they're so tasty that you'll probably find yourself snacking on them even when you're off the bike or trail. Each box comes with 16 individually wrapped waffles that are easy to stash away in a pocket. Heads up—Honey Stinger waffles contain wheat, soy, and eggs, so they're not for folks with allergies.

    Delicious!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Race food, biking, hiking and yes even snacking for fun...they are delicious little waffles. Easy on the stomach and they pack a punch! Been using these for years and they are still a staple in the outdoor activity food category.

This is the best flavor, IMO. Best thing to have with you on a long hike, or run. Takes up almost no room, and provides a ton of sustainable energy.

    mmmm

I bought these mostly to take on bike rides and hikes but find myself grabbing one for a snack or to take to work. Theyre great, try some.

Can eat these as a everyday snack they taste so good. The waffles also go down smooth when racing ultras.

Grab your bananas, maple syrup, pecans and powdered sugar... and get ready to chow down.

These waffles hit the spot when you're hitting the wall. Just enough to hit the spot and keep you going with a light stomach. Always in my pack when I go out for a ride... stock up on a box because you'll fly through them before you know it.

If you're in the market for some hydration mix/ electrolyte drink reach out to me and I'll recommend what I have had a ton of success with on my rides.

      Waffle in a Bag

I had the idea for a honey soaked Eggo waffle in a zip-lock bag years ago but it never took off. Then Honey Stinger comes along and does it right. These are some of my favorite snacks to bring on long rides, right up there with Shot Bloks and leftover pizza.

        Leggo my Eggo!

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have been using Honey Stinger waffles for a few years and absolutely love them! The are tasty and easy on the stomach. Also, they seem easier to digest on long rides in comparison to most gu's.

My favorite flavor is the original honey style.

        Leggo my Eggo!

        One of my Go-to's!

If you've got questions about these waffles, other Honey Stinger products, or energy foods, feel free to contact me.

I personally use these for a variety of sports. Longer ski tours, hikes, backpacking, longer trad climbs...pretty much anything where space and weight are important.

        Flavors:
I've used a variety of the flavors (I think almost all )and have no issues with the taste. I think it's better than other energy foods out there. But keep in mind, flavor/taste will differ from person to person and day to day.

        Cold Days:
On cold days energy bars and foods tend to harden up and become incredibly difficult to eat. What I love about the waffles is that they're low profile so putting 1-2 of these on my body in a warm area (arm pit, pockets, back or my hand under my gloves) they can thaw out in a less annoying way than a bulky bar will.

If you've got questions or want to chat about these or any other energy food before picking some up, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to help out navigate the landscape of energy foods.

        Sleek and Delicious!

I love that these are not only really friggin tasty, but also very thin. I take 1-2 with me on bike rides and they fit in my jersey pocket without taking up hardly any space! If I had to, I could probably fit 20 of them in one pocket, which is 3,200 calories; there's no way I could fit even half that many clif bars in one pocket. You can't beat the size/shape of these and the caramel flavor is awesome!

Perfect pick me up on long bike rides, runs, ski days, etc. Delicious and energy packed.

          • Fit: Runs small

These waffles have taken over my home and are ruining my relationship. I'm a cyclist, and my partner is training for an Ironman. Stingers are hands-down the best endurance food we've tried, and my only regret in purchasing them is that I want them to be bigger. Like pizza-sized.

We're an endurance athlete household. These things are all my partner and I ever talk about anymore, and we have begun to fight over flavors. I believe she's begun hoarding the chocolate waffles, hiding them from me so I'm stuck with the fruit flavors. I haven't figured out where. But I will find them.

          I will.

          Satan's bike food

I bought a box and ate it in 20 minutes while watching TV. I gained like five pounds. Too delicious to be considered for training; like buying Oreos.

            Magic in waffle form

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Honey Stinger Waffles are by far my favorite active snack. They don't melt of freeze, they taste great and they don't give me stomach rote. Try them out

            Trail Treat Perfection

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you spend a good amount of time on the trail then you likely carry a few snacks with you. After-all you're going to want something that provides a little energy when you start to bonk. These waffles not only provide that energy but they're also delicious. Take a few on your next hike, ride, or run. You won't regret it.

            The best bike/hike/ski snacks ever

I have tried all of the Honey Stinger Waffle flavors over the last few years and I can say with confidence that they are the best bike, hike, ski snacks I've ever had. They don't freeze in the cold or melt in the heat, pack-away easily, deliver a great energy boost and of course taste delicious!

              Must Have Snacks For Adventures

When you're out adventuring sometimes a dry thick granola bar just won't cut it any more. These are an incredible alternative! So yummy and travel well!

We almost can't keep them in the house to last for adventures because they get eaten as snacks so soon!

                Round 2

I just keep coming back for more! I haven't found a flavor I didn't like yet!

I'm a huge fan of Honey Stinger waffles. I've tried every flavor and get a box regularly. Caramel, Honey, and Gingersnap are my preferred flavors. Throw one in your camelbak for when you need a boost mid-ride.

How do these hold up in the heat? Do they get sticky in the package, thus getting hands sticky? How about during winter activities, how solid/hard do they get?

                  Best Answer

In the heat they get malleable not sticky though by any means. In the cold they freeze pretty easily like all food. I usually will stick it under my arm pit for a minute until I feel like my teeth can handle it.

Will these freeze and be too hard to eat...

Will these freeze and be too hard to eat during below freezing temps? Thanks

Yes, they freeze and become hard as rocks. You can still eat them (I did), but they're hard to break and bite into (feels almost like chewing on hard candy) and you'll probably prefer something more palatable. If you are going on a day trip, I don't think it will be a problem, because it took mine a couple days of snow camping to really become hard and inedible.

Are you going to make smaller waffle sizes...

Are you going to make smaller waffle sizes so that i can put them into runners pockets?
The waffle is just to big for running

Ray, I do not believe they package them any smaller than this one. You might want to post a suggestion on the manufactures website to let them know there is interest.
