Taste's great, and gives a fast clean energy boost. Overall I would definitely buy it again and it's my gel of choice.

I love it. I've had a lot of different gels before. Give it a try, I still like and use some Accel Gels and Hammer Gels, but these are great too.

This is the best gel. Tastes just like honey, but also has B Vitamins to give you energy and is not one of those gels that lifts you way high fast and drops you on your face quickly. This energy lasts and is a smooth up and down where you do not even feel like you are being let down. Honey taste does not upset your stomach either. One teenage boy was throwing up from running so far and hard without any gels or water. My friend and I stopped to help him and gave him some water a a stinger honey gel and it picked him right back up after a couple of minutes and he finished the Half Marathon Trail Run. This stuff is great!

The Singers are different then all the other gels. If you like honey, you will love these. I shared mine with my riding buddies for their opinions. Everyone like the the thinner texture and and said it felt like they could feel it being absorbed immediately.
