good vest

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The small is still a little loose for me (I typically wear small jerseys and prefer race fit). Two oversize pockets in back fit most everything. I normally wear it in 35-45 degree weather on top of a nice long-sleeve jersey.

Great layering item

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a light and comfortable vest. Much less restrictive than a jacket. Kinda feels like it isn't there while you're wearing it. I typically wear a XXL in Hincapie and the fit felt a little looser than usual. Which is helpful when used as a layer to give a little additional protection when it gets really cold.

A Great Vest for Touring

I'm a fairly warm rider so I can't stand to have a long-sleeve windbreaker or jersey on. So I love vests. This one takes the cake. It fits great, has a very soft collar that doesn't irritate my chin, and is very breathable in the rear. It's also plenty lightweight. I bought it primarily for bike touring, but can picture me wearing it on roadie rides as well. It's the perfect level of warm when the temps are in the 50s or 60s and all I want to do is wear a jersey and arm warmers.

I'm 6'0" and 202 pounds and the XL fit me perfectly.

Perfect When A Little Chilly

I love this vest; it is my go to item when it is a little chilly out. it also fits well in my back jersey pocket when the temp warms and need to take it off. The front chest pocket is great for the cell phone, etc.
