You'll be stoked to cover your working half with the Hincapie Legado Collection Classico Bib Short because it features the same fabric and technology that the BMC Racing Team uses to charge through climbs and step onto podiums. This bib provides pro-level performance thanks to its superior lightweight, close-fitting fabrics, and four-way stretch Hincapie Pro Chamois, and its exclusive Legado graphic sets you apart from the crowd.
- The Pro Chamois uses microfiber-covered, double-layered perforated foam to provide breathable, chafe-free support in the saddle all day long
- AT2 Tour Lycra Power fabric fits close to your skin as it stretches and breathes with your hard push up the pack
- The AT2 Transition Lycra panel fabric wicks moisture and quickly dries while you train or race
- DimpleTek leg cuff fabric holds the bib in place, wicks moisture, and uses a unique pattern to break up the airflow and keep you aero
- The soft diamond mesh bib top enables lots of venting for the hottest part of your body

Good with weird flaw
I like Hincapie stuff because I think their fabric is top notch. The mesh panels are great. The chamois is a little lacking in thickness. The designs look very sharp in my opinion. The major problem I have is the bottom of the zipper scrapes up the crotch area on my bibs. I'm going to have to do a little Magyvering because it's becoming a real issue that could cut the life of the shorts... well short...
5'9" 155 lbs M fits great in both jersey and bibs
Expected a bit better, but not bad
I picked these up over the holidays due to the 1/2 price sale. The bibs are made of top quality material and look great. For comparison sake, I'm 6'1" (34" inseam) and 165lbs. I ordered a Large which is about right. The downside for me is the legs aren't as long as I typically like and the lack of grippers make the shorts 'ride up'. The shoulder straps are also a bit loose. All in all, they are not bad for the price but there are better shorts out there.
I'm glad I read the comments before I ordered, so I'm paying it forward, I'm 5'9" with a 34 inch waist and the Large fits me well, I think even a 36 inch waist would fit fine too. The red is more of a burgundy, I was hoping to match it with some other jerseys but oh well, I actually bought the jersey as well so I have the full kit. Very comfortable.
6'3", 205 lbs., size XL fits perfectly
6'3" at 205 lbs., slim with a slight paunch - size XL fits perfectly
Have never been disappointed with Hincapie clothing. Well made, comfortable, durable. Wish they carried other colors.
The fit is a little different. 6 foot 185 and the XL fits, but i could most likely use an L. The straps are wide and long, but the fit is nice and the non-grip legs are no issue. Good bibs.
So far this is the best pair of bibs I have. Absolutely love them. the chamois is the best feel that I have tried.
Nice bib shorts
First of all, these run pretty large for the sizing chart. I'm heavy, and on the chart should have been a XXL, but when I got them they were huge on me. Exchanged for an XL, and they're still loose enough to wrinkle around my hips/butt. The bib straps are pretty long, too, but I expected that because they would have been made for someone much taller in the 'girth/height' scale. Other than that, they are very comfortable, and the lack of a gripper leg is actually much more comfortable than I would have expected. The stitching and chamois are very good, and the graphics are sharp and look nice. Great deal, too, if you can get them on Bonktown, but not bad either at full RC price.
