Built for all three.
Clothes don't make the man, but they can be a cause of his unmaking. Triathlons present a sartorial dilemma in that it's hard to find clothes that can be comfortable for all three legs. The Hincapie Flow Tri Shorts offer a stylish, functional solution to the problem every three-sport athlete faces.
The first thing you need is a short that is made to go the distance. Highly compressive spandex that dries quickly is a key to making the bottoms work. Here, Hincapie flatlock stitches together panels of highly compressive, highly breathable RaceFlow fabric. These shorts won't feel soggy or slip. Adding to the comfort is a thin, lightweight EIT chamois that offers just enough padding while not so big as to be a distraction running.
Tying the whole package together is a lightweight elastic waistband at the top and comfort-flex bands on the legs, eschewing grippers for spandex that is 22% elastane.
The Hincapie Flow Tri Shorts have an eight-inch inseam. The color is Black, and sizes run from Small to XX-Large.

Good looking, almost fetish...but cool
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: Runs small
I have to say this is my first pair of tri-shorts so I don't know how they usually are. I have many years of cycling, running and swimming under my belt so my opinion may be useful. Size: i am 5'9", 176 lbs, 32x34 on Levi's Jeans, I bought Large and fits good. The padding seems enough for biking but not too much to feel you have Sponge Bob rubbing you private parts while you swim and run. The fabric has a leathery look, kinda fetish...but not something a father of two boys would be ashamed to wear (yeah i am still talking about spandex ;) the red lines and the brand logo makes the pretty cool looking. The cord to keep them tight on the waist is not there and it'll be dearly missed.
