Heavy are the colors of a champion. No pressure.
You'll be painting yourself a target for rivals in the Hincapie BMC Team Bib Short. But who can blame them? It was Team BMC who rode victoriously into Paris at the end of the 2011 Tour, with the yellow jersey worn proudly on the back of one of their own. And for 2012, the team is comprised of a stacked roster with some of the strongest riders in the current peloton. You'll definitely have your work cut out for you. But luckily, the heavy gauge Lycra will support crucial muscles during your strongest efforts, and the bib's DimpleTek fabric will smooth airflow over your body, lowering your aerodynamic profile and give you the edge you'll desperately need.

- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I love hincapie stuff. This bibs are so cool and match the jersey perfectly. I have ridden a couple of centuries with them and they are very comfortable.
Very comfortable chamois.
Love the Fit and Quality
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
I bought this bibs and I'm really pleased the the fit and quality. For fitting I used the chart, normally I'm a medium (waist 33 and 185 pounds) and I ordered this on Large and they fit me perfect. Great overall fitting, colors and quality.
Very comfortable, I love the fit!
These are "men's" and I'm a woman, but I love the fit. They are comfortable and I would order another pair, but they are sold out of my size. I already had the jersey and the kit looks great too. Won't disappoint, definitely a good purchase.
great pair of bibs
Originally ordered large, a little too tight for my tastes and exchanged for XL. 6', 185 lbs, 33" waist, 24" thighs fits perfectly and perhaps i dare say a bit roomy. chamois very comfortable. used them a few times and no complaints. looks great too.
Great Fabric Weak on the Chamois
I have to say this is my first Hincapie purchase. Long sleeve jersey...amazing fabric and fit and these bibs.
The fabric on the bibs is as described and very very nice. But the chamois? Not so much. I assume these really are the team bib short but if they are I am a bit surprised.
The chamois is thin with no perforation for breathability. I can't comment on how it wears since I sent them back prior to riding them. But for me I want something a bit more substantial. For the price point the Sugoi team bib or RS bib or the Pearl Izumi P.R.O. in-r-cool bibs are a better choice in my opinion.
