When it gets below zero and your lower body is begging for a warm fire and a cup of hot cocoa, throw the Helly Hansen Warm Pant on. The Warm Pant is made with HH Warm that combines merino wool to add warmth and Lifa 3TM hollow fiber to wick moisture away from your body.

Bottom Line: Your legs and nuts will thank you and hopefully keep on moving till you get to that nice warm fire.

VERY nice pant

Ohhhh so warm. Just got them, and took them out skiing yesterday. REAL nice fit: 5'9" 175 lbs got the M... Tight through quads, but stretchy enough that they're comfortable. Definitely get these if you're looking for warmth on cold days.

57% Merino wool. I have a pair and love them. Better than 100% wool in my opinion.

Alex,

The Helly Hansen site doesn't specify, but says it's a bilayer system with the wool on the outside and the LIFA synthetic on the inside, next to your skin. I'm a recent convert to wool products, so I'd be interested to see how you feel about the bilayer system. Let us know!

Happy trails!

Strange

Picked these up; I usually use Patagonia midweight bottoms or my favorites, Under Armour Base 3.0s, but I wanted one pair. These are very strange - first off, they run pretty small, but the really weird things is, they dont feel warm. I dont know why, but I feel like when Im wearing them I feel every little breeze. I dont think it really made me cold or affected my core temp, but it definitely gave a strange cold sensation.

Comfy

As much as I like 100% Merino wool products, this were a "must buy." I picked them up last week on SAC for $33. I tried them on and they're very comfortable. The "bilayer" material is interesting and is blue on the outside and black, fro the polypropylene on the inside. I I'm 6'2" athletic build and I have some big ol' soccer legs. They're pretty snug, but not to the point of preventing circulation. I'm looking forward to trying them out and will update this post after doing so. The only reason I've given them 4 stars is due to them not being 100% Merino Wool.
