Definitely not just a shell, you'll have some insulation with this puppy. Sport it on the hill, and maybe throw somethin on under for those REALLY chilly days.

Jacket looked great, the cut was just a little boxier than I would have liked.
However, good points are that the jacket's insulation is warm without being too puffy and the floral pattern is a very subtle, lined design. Not all all "flowery."
