I have found that with my helmet, it will not quite fit all of the way. Don't know how much of an issue this will be yet

I'm just wondering if this jacket is warm enough for -10C

I'm just wondering if this jacket is warm enough for -10C temperatures for periods of non-activity? I'm looking to use it both as a ski jacket as well as a walk around jacket with just a light thermal underneath.

Skiing, I'm not worried about. Just wondering if it's warm enough for when I'm doing nil activity in those temps.

If you tend to run cold, then this may not be insulated enough for you with just a thermal top during periods of inactivity at -10 C. It's 100 grams of Thinsulate in the body and 60 in the arms. If you're warm all the time, like I am, then this should be fine. I can wear mine walking to work in sub 0 C weather, and I'm not cold.
