You could probably take a typhoon head on and keep your stuff dry with the Harmony Typhoon Dry Bag—but we don't recommend it. Harmony made this dry bag with 19mm Smoked PVC Film with a 55mm black reinforced bottom—in other words, it's strong and will keep water out completely. The see-through material lets you see your stuff so you can get at it accurately and quickly, like a first aide kit. The opaque smoke color reduces heat in the bag from the sun and discoloration.
Bottom Line: Take on whitewater, flat water, or rain water and keep your stuff dry in the Harmony Typhoon Dry Bag.

We have used this bag numerous times on our outdoor adventures and just love it. Although it appears a tad on the flimsy side, it has stood the test of a full Alaskan summer of adventures and is still performing just like new. The see-through feature is one of the most innovative yet simple applied to adventure gear. We only take Typhoon bags now with us on water-related activities and camping.
