How do you fasten this deck bag to the kayak?

Not so much a review as a question:
How do you attach this deck bag to a kayak that does not have bungee cords? I received an Old Town Vapor 12 for my birthday, along with accessories, one of which is the Harmony Deluxe Deck Bag. But I see no means of attaching it. Do I need to buy a hardware kit of some sort? (joel@alpine-cc.org)

    very handy

This deck bag works great for keeping small items handy. I use it for extra gloves, binoculars, snacks, and my water bottle. The bag also has a large internal zippered pocket for extra security. The bag is easy to clip to my kayak, and it is easy to clip a waterproof map case to the top of the deck bag. I kayak on small lakes and rivers in the Midwest. I am very pleased with this deck bag.
