Perfect for the stlyie bag lady

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

So much room. Love the dual straps--the long one can be adjusted or removed. Only thing is the top zipper isn't snug at the end (when it is all the way open), so it takes a little maneuvering to begin the closing... I think it's a slight manufacturer error, but totally livable, and fixable (I think... we'll see).

the bag I had been searching for

I think this is finally the bag I have been looking for. It fits everything, is more funky and attractive then other outdoor-ish bags and has no velcro bits that snag clothes or sweaters (something hard to find it seems). My one complaint is that the zipper often catches on the inner fabric when it isn't totally full. I have had a few times where I had to fight it in a store when trying to retrieve my wallet. I am hoping this will not happen as the bags wears in.

An update to my previous review. I still love the bag BUT I did have to return it after a year since the handle fell apart and then fell off on a business trip to DC. The good news is, the replacement Hobo that Backcountry sent shows great improvements so I don't anticipate the problem happening again. The handle is reinforced, they no longer use the fake alligator bottom (now it is just a robust fabric) and I am still super happy with my bag.
