This is a great table to take along backpacking to cook on or set food so it is out of the dirt. It packs down small and is relatively light weight for the size of table top you get.

I take this on every float trip. Perfect height for cooking on when sitting in a Crazy Creek chair on a gravel bar. It's about 4 years old now, and is holding up fine.

Compact and reasonably light. Great for keeping stuff off the ground. I also use it as a lap board. It's easy to setup and strong. This is the only table in its class (small portable backpackable table). It is a luxury to take this into areas where finding a natural table is not possible. Well done.

Actually I saw one from Snow Peak but it has a smaller surface area and only folds in half, but is slightly lighter

Great table. Could be improved however. One additional slat, 6 instead of 5, would result in a storeage arrangement with the table legs 180 degrees out of phase as opposed to 90 degrees out of phase. Any "even" number of slats would accomplish this smaller storage arrangement. Do this and it gets 5 stars.
