The One

Not much to this, which is just why I like it. Simple, lightweight and perfect to add to my minimalist collection of backpacking gear (fits like a puzzle piece pretty much anywhere in my pack). Love the measurement feature (sometimes this really is handy on the trail) and if backpacking is only half of your fun, grab a stack of ‘em for your next backyard fiesta and take a moment to inhale that deep mountain air you’re dreaming of. Goes well with my other 2 essential dining pieces, the MSR Folding utensil, and the Sea To Summit X-bowl Collapsible Bowl. *** Questions? Need other product recommendations? Simple but great

    • Familiarity:I've used it several times

As great as you can expect from any cup, this is it. I mean there is nothing extraordinary about this liquid holding technology but it does a fine job. As mentioned before it is pretty burly for being plastic and the measurements are nice. I actually cut off the handle for this cup so that it could fit inside the GSI fairshare mug. I do not regret this decision at all. I have never needed the handle, even with boiling hot liquids inside. Plus now I have a little more space in my pack. I have also use this cup to scoop food and boiling water out of the pot.

    Must Have

I bought this on impulse but I'm glad I did. It's a must for any type of camping. It's a measuring cup which is nice, also it's fairly burly for a plastic cup. The handle is nice so you can drink hot beverages without the burn also it's not half bad as a small bowl for soup. Either way, for the price you cannot go wrong!

How many cups does this hold. I want to make hot chocolate and drink it trail side. I just don't want to leave the rest in my pot
