Non-reactive, hard-anodized aluminum delivers efficient thermal transfer, ensuring meals are thoroughly cooked and extremely flavorful. Designed for car camping, the Halulite is much lighter than traditional pressure cookers, with the larger 5.7-liter pressure cooker weighing just under 4.5 pounds. This is amazing if you know how to use

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Growng up using a very traditional high-pressure cooker, this is not hard for me to pick up and use at all! With a pressure cooker, you have to test it out to find the best timing to cook different types of food. There's sugguested time and water in the instruction. I've tried it with rice, beef stew, all turned out very good! One thing you need to make sure of is that you clean all the valves well before the next use, if the valve is blocked, it might cause danger when the pressure goes high. Read the instruction and you would find it very helpful. It saved me a lot of time in cooking outdoors, and I get to bring my home recipe to the campground! My kid and family love it.
