The Grivel G10 Light Crampon fits the bill for trips when you need crampons but would like to shave every possible ounce off your load. This crampon weighs in at a scant 23.7 ounces (pair) and fits any crampon-compatible boot, including ski boots. Fully adjustable by hand, the G10 Light also comes with Antibott plates to keep snow from sticking to the bottom while you head up for your next couloir run.

Grivel G-10 Light a must have

The Grivel G-10 Light crampon was beyond what I expected. I used the crampons to climb Tuckerman's ravine. They worked great. They fit over my snowboard boots and were very easy to get on. I recommend this crampon very highly. When I was climbing I had to get up some rocky sections and surprisingly they held up on the rocks also. Overall I give it an excellent rating.
