Returning before use.

I honestly love the pack material seem super durable, looks like it would detour water with ease as well. Pocket option were great for organization easy to access. The only thing is when I wore the pack it just did not rest right on my shoulders. Tried adjusting several times but never really got that desired feeling of a comfortable fit.

Very versatile day pack

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love how many pockets and compartments this pack has. It makes it easy to carry all my gear for a day hike within easy reach. The mesh backing and vented shoulder straps are a great feature. I bought a separate 2 liter hydration bladder which fits nicely into the main compartment. The adjustable suspension system lets you fine tune the fit for the right weight distribution. I've only got about 100 miles in with this pack, but I love it.

Greg Fury 24 - Very nice minimal day pac

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

It is light weight, well made, and great for summer outings. The light shoulder straps breath well. For a pack with a single main compartment, it is very roomy. I like the organic form (greater volume toward the bottom, narrower at the top); the side pockets are roomier than they look, but a little short. Haven't use the hip belt yet. The hip belt pockets are extremely small, which is a bit of a let down - barely large enough for a power bar - so forget about stowing your trail mix, sunglasses or iPhone there. For the price, I do recommend it.

Sadly returning

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, but it was unfortunately built for someone smaller than him. This pack has great features, and an awesome, vibrant blue color--especially for only $60. There's very little padding on the shoulders, but their construction is sturdy despite this. The hipbelt is pretty bare-bones, but it's better than nothing (and I have come to find Gregory's standard hip belt pockets indispensable over the years!). I have an old Miwok and I love the medium sized, zippered compartment on the front of that pack that it has in addition to its main compartment; this pack only has the main compartment and a non-zippered "bucket" pocket that runs the vertical length of the item, which I don't find to be as convenient as something oriented more horizontally--but that's just personal preference. It's worth mentioning, though, that the technology pouch at the top was pretty roomy, unlike some other tech pockets that fit very little. Ultimately, if you're looking for a basic daypack and have a smaller frame (or have an average build as a female), go for this pack.
