- BioSync ATS system features flexible tendons that attach the shoulder harness and waist-belt to the main pack body, which means that the pack flexes with your movements
- Aero-Mesh backpanel and moisture-wicking shoulder harness and waist-belt keep you cool and dry
- Hydration sleeve and port holds hydration bladder to kill your thirst on the go
- Front mesh pocket with bungee compression stores extra layers or granola bars

Long Trail Runs

Excellent pack for long trail runs. Somehow, it doesn't bounce too much, but that obviously gets worse if you put a lot of weight in it. It has just enough capacity for along run in the mountains. It can hold plenty of bars, a 1L Platypus Hoser reservoir, a rain jacket, a UL windbreaker, and a mini first aid kit.
The only negative about this pack is that it has a very short torso, so if you have a long torso this probably won't work for you. I generally use a "medium" in packs and the Diablo is barely big enough for me.
