Description

Toss it, sit on it, chew on it—then give your dog a turn.

The multifunctional Granite Gear Flyer is a foam disk covered with pack cloth and edged with 500-denier nylon fabric. Use it as a Frisbee with your backpacking pals. Your canine companion will enjoy fetching this disk, too. It holds up far better than a plastic Frisbee and is a lot easier on Buddy's teeth. When you're done playing, have a seat—the Flyer protects your bum from cold or wet ground. You can also use this Granite Gear disk as a plate—but we recommend washing off the dog slobber and mud first. *Assorted colors.

Does it fly/sail like a frisbee? My dog loves to catch them out of the air.

Hey Gingerale,
Yep it sails just like a frisbee! It's pretty much a more durable, rugged frisbee! Dogs love them. Unlike a normal frisbee it is soft so no more injuries on bad throws, I do that a lot.

Best dog frisbee ever

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is by far our dog's favorite toy. Around the house, we refer to it as the "F-word", since she knows "Frisbee" and gets pretty excited. This thing is bombproof. Any other Frisbee--chomp! and it's toast. This one has stood up to maybe six years of powerful jaw-work. It's beat-up, but has held up amazingly well.

Dog toy or frisbee that won't bust windows?

Bought this because I was looking for a frisbee to toss around near houses / cars that wouldn't jack up someone's ride. Bounces off windows, faces, dogs love it, and great for training friends who might be a little 'disc challenged'. Sweet emergency seating when you run out of chairs on Saturday night.
