Super Warm Grandoe Makes Me Smile

The moment I had them on my hands loved how they felt and looked. They're extremely comfortable and versatile. Have them in white with the black palms and fingers. The grip is great and can take brutal punishment from puppy teeth.

Nice Gloves

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I teach skiing and am constantly taking my gloves on and off. I've owned these for a couple of months and have experienced super cold temperatures and soggy snowy conditions. So far so good! My hand measures 6.75 inches which equals a size XL, according to the sizing chart. I've always thought my hands to be on the smaller side and was able to try on the smalls. They were too tight in the fingers but I liked the overall length. I got the mediums and am happy with the fit. I wonder if it would be helpful to treat the leather palms? They got rather soaked on a wet snowy day but my hands stayed pretty dry. The upper outer layer did a better job in the waterproof department. They dried out over night without removing the liner. I have noticed some of the stitching is starting to fray below the leather palm.

very good gloves

Used these gloves in upstate New York a few times in the past few weeks- they kept me warm and dry, no complaints about that. I do wish they had an easy attachment for my sleeves so I didn't have to worry about dropping them. Also, in general, for very cold days, I might go with mittens, not gloves, although you lose your finger dexterity of course.
