I was worried about purchasing these because I hadn't heard of the company, plus there were no reviews for them. I'm so glad that decided t to try these! Come to find out, Gore is the company that invented Gore-tex and Gore Windstopper! They've recently started their own high quality running wear line(and motorcycle clothing). Their clothing keeps the same standards I've come to expect from Gore-tex. The fit is excellent, tho towards the smaller side(like other high tech brands). In Marmot or Mountain Hardwear, I'm usually a 6 or 8, and the medium fit perfectly! Though, it probably wouldn't fit a size 10. I can only fit a thin layer under, but paired with a 260 gr merino baselayer, these kept me warm in 18 degree weather! They do an incredible job of blocking wind, are super thin and light, and have a bit of stretch. On top of that, they look hot to boot! Best looking pair of shell pants I've had yet- not to mention great function, too. I'm 5'6" 135 lbs, and the mediums look like & even better than the pic. Hope this helps.
