  • Loose fit means you have freedom-of-movement in the saddle or cranking out a burly climb
  • A high collar, elastic drawcord hem, and adjustable cuffs seal out wind and moisture
  • Reflective logo on front, collar, and sleeve, as well as reflective piping on back for added safety
  • Overflaps on all zippers keep moisture out
  • Hook-and-loop fastening on collar for adding a hood (sold separately)

I have broad shoulders/chest. This jacket seems to not have a skinny/racing fit, should I try the XL or XXL, chest around 46-47". I saw the fit scale, but then the other dude says he's at a large, but didn't mention chest size. I love how bike gear runs for squirts, us bigger cats still ride!

This is the best money I have spent for a jacket. It has performed flawless. I went a size up, however, and that has allowed me to wear a mid layer along with a base layer.

This is a no-frills, waterproof cycling jacket that does everything it claims. As for fit, I usually order up one size in cycling gear as it in general seems to run small, but in this jacket I find that my regular Large size fits well. I'm 6'1" and 175 lbs.

Bought the jacket hoping to use it for both mountain and road riding. I usually wear a medium but my chest is a little bigger than most men my size. Knowing I mountain bike 80% of the time I ordered a bit larger jacket for movement. Works great off road. But on the road it is a little loose in the wind, a medium would be great for me in this situation. Great jacket but if you ride both on and off road you may need two different sizes. Love it off road!

Size runs a bit on the small side so you need to order a size up, otherwise a great jacket.

Which goretex jacket is the lightest weight?

Any of the GORE-TEX® Paclite® jackets would be the lightest of our current offering. GORE-TEX® Paclite® jackets are meant to be packable and can be stuffed into their rear pocket if there is one. Any variance in weight amoungst GORE-TEX® Paclite® jackets would be due to additional features such as a stow-away hood etc

Our lightest overall jacket would be the Xenon AS Jacket which is made of WINDSTOPPER®.

Does the GBW Path jacket have underarm zippers?

I have seen it listed with and without. Can you confirm?

The Path Jacket does not have underarm zips, however the rear pocket is mesh, and can be used to both pack the jacket into itself, or can be left unzipped to vent the back of the jacket.

hope that helps!
