This says that they do not have an inseret, yet the description says they have a chamois. Do they or don't they?

No, this particular bib does NOT have a chamois. I you look on the Gore website, you'll see there are two different offerings for these bibs (they offer with and without chamois/seat liner on most of their bibs/tights); after the name of the product, you'll see a '+' sign, that's the product that has a chamois.
You can also tell by price-point: these list at $189 on both sites, and do not have a chamois. The version wt. a chamois is $199 on Gore.

How does this bib fit for The full chested? I heard that when the bib come up the middle it is much more comfortable. Any one tried this one??
