Be careful, maybe have a secondary leash
I was riding my jet-ski down the river when I looked down and barely caught my camera from dropping in the water as the adhesive didn't hold, maybe from prolonged use in water and sun.

Perdi mi gopro por ello
No se pega bien al casco, al entrar en una tienda, el cambio de temperatura despego la pegatina y perdí mi Gopro. Mucho cuidado con ello. La usaba para grabar en dron también asique me quede sin poder grabar nada. No lo recomiendo

Grippy
The previous curved sticky mount I got around 7 years ago was used to connect a Hero 4 then 7 then 10 to my kayak helmet. Since then I have covered around 11k miles of sea kayaking and it is still stuck fast to the helmet but the helmet wore out so I bought a new helmet and another pack of grips and although only around 150 miles of use so far it seems well gripped, no reason why this one shouldn’t outlive my new helmet as far as I can tell.

It wouldn't fit on my helmet.
I tried putting the curved mount(that came with the Hero 9 Black) on my MTB helmet and it wasn't curved enough): , so I had to put it on my visor and it sort of covers my forehead and doesn't look very fire. I would buy other mounts/accessories but they ARE NOT CHEAP.

Works great!
I would recommend but if you are doing any rigorous activity you should definitely at least use glue to secure the mounts.

Really Great For Filming Hardcore/Metal Shows
I have a pistol grip tripod top that I stuck one of these bad boys on withstood several punches and kicks before finally giving up. It put up a great fight though.
