Only thing I would suggest is to buy next size up, I'm a size 7 and I bought the 6.5-7.5, my next pair I will buy the next size bigger. Otherwise LOVE THEM!!

Best trail running shoes I have ever worn. Light, supportive, comfortable, the treads are amazing!! They felt different at first, almost like I could feel the individual treads grip the uneven rocky trail I was on. I've now used these on pavement, sand, & rocky unstable trails both wet/dry...shoes gripped whatever ground surface I was on. I've recommended these to all my hiking friends and am going to buy another pair!!
