I wear my stride shorts running, swimming, biking, hiking, as PJs and as underwear!!! Perfect for ultralighters that want a comfortable pair of do everything shorts.

Excellent Shorts for Yoga

These shorts are wonderful. They are skin tight, but without the compression feel that most shorts like this have. They are just tight enough to hold everything in place, but still loose enough to feel like you're wearing nothing at all. Perfect for yoga. I liked them so much I bought a second pair. Only wish they offered some additional colors.

Like running naked

These are time tested and highly recommended. They’re super light, protective, hold things in place and feel like you’re naked. I wouldn't stop in public with these on, but they’re great if you keep moving.
