Not just supportive but lightweight and comfy not like some sports bras that feel like they are cutting off your circulation. This one feels like I have nothing on and yet stays supportive in runs.

This is so comfortable. I reach for it for all my long runs, it is light, cool and non-binding. Just what I need on the trail!
