I just bought this for running. I'm an amateur, though, so

I just bought this for running. I'm an amateur, though, so was surprised to see the tag said Men's. Is this really only for men?

The Men's and Women's versions are constructed a bit differently, mostly in terms of belt shape and angles (designed to accomodate the shapes of the male and female bodies), but if it works for you, then go for it.

This back is the right size for me. I use it for moderate trail runs in the southwest. I find it works great. I can carry the water I need, a snack, a poncho, flashlight, ipod, etc. If you're traveling light in reasonable weather you could use it as a day pack.
