I've used it on my long long training runs and it stood up well. I love it, doesn't bounce, the extra pockets are a plus! I was told by customer service that it didn't come with a flask. This one did.

Gel flask sits inverted to get the gel to the lid faster to get to your mouth faster so you can go faster.
