I have a 44" chest and got this in a Large and it's skin tight. These shirts are for guys who are 6' 10" and taller with extremely narrow shoulders and NO chest........really tall scrawny dudes.

These fit great! They are slimmer than a lot of other t-shirts out there and run a bit longer also so would be a great choice for someone who is tall and skinny. I have several of them now because they are so great.
