Balance through asymmetry.

A few years ago the guys at Gnu had the radical idea that a snowboard should match your body's natural asymmetry. Fast forward to today and the Gnu Smart Pickle PBTX Snowboard is still killing everything from powdery trees and fresh groomers to slushy parks and icy pipes. New this year is the asymmetric "Smart Formula" Magne-Traction to make your carves feel even more natural than ever before.

It features a deeper heelside sidecut and an asym flex to make your heelside turns as powerful and natural feeling as your toeside turns. The Smart PBTX Banana profile features a perfect blend of rocker between the bindings and mild camber outside the bindings for incredible float in powder, catch-free buttering on hardpack, and response and stability at high speeds. Magne-Traction edges are serrated to slice through ice likes it's fresh corduroy, so you can lay down high-speed carves and stomp tricks on icy landings while everyone else is washing out left and right.

Three different types of wood make up the core to find the perfect balance between lightweight and strong, and they keep it feeling nice and poppy too. UHMW sidewalls ensure durability, and the sintered base is fast and retains wax well to keep you moving through flat spots with ease.

  • Smart Pickle asymmetric sidecut
  • Rocker between feet with mild camber towards tips
  • True twin shape with centered stance
  • Asymmetric "Smart Formula" Magne-Traction edges
  • Polonia, Great Lakes Aspen, and Colombian Gold wood core
  • Sintered base
  • UHMW sidewalls
