Lively freestyle beast.
Bringing a fun, catch-free feel to your freestyle riding, the Gnu Carbon Credit BTX Wide Snowboard excels at dismantling handrails and kickers in the park, yet it's not afraid to seek out fresh stashes in the trees and send side-hits into powder. Its true twin shape and classic BTX profile offer a legendary combination of catch-free freestyle fun, extra float in powder, and aggressive edgehold on firm-to-icy snow. Plus, the wider shape allows you to confidently ride this with larger feet (11+) without toe drag sapping you down on turns.
BTX gives you "Banana" rocker between the feet, with flat-to-mild camber extending to the tip and tail kicks. This rocker-dominant profile is catch-free and loose for buttering and jibbing with ease, also radically enhancing the board's float in fresh snow. Combined with Magne-Traction serrated edges, the Carbon Credit holds a solid edge, even across bulletproof hardpack and firm morning conditions.
Inside the Carbon Credit, the super-lightweight core is made of aspen, paulownia, and golden poplar wood. This three-way wood blend is not only incredibly lightweight, but also smooth at high speeds and super-poppy off the lip of jumps. Biax fiberglass keeps things torsionally softer for quick turn initiation and easier presses. And to keep you riding without much hassle, the Co-Extruded base stays quick without requiring constant waxing and repair.

Gnu Carbon Credit BTX Snowboard
I purchased this board last year on February 4th and wanted to submit a claim for a replacement through the factory warranty. I noticed today while riding that my toe edge has begun to separate completely from the deck itself. Can you please let me know who to contact in order to utilize the 1 year factory warranty.
