Don't let the name fool you into thinking this board is meant for looking glamorous on the bunny hill—the Gnu Women's Beauty DC3-BTX Snowboard is a freeriding beast with an appetite for steep slopes and fresh powder. It has a camber-dominant Banana profile for powerful turns and uncompromising stability at high speeds, making it ideal for the aggressive shredder who likes to charge down any and every run on the mountain.

The DC3 Banana profile features aggressive camber zones outside the bindings for powerful turns and poppy ollies, and mild rocker between your feet adds a forgiving feel and enhances float in powder. This year Gnu decided to tone down the Magne-Traction to give it a less grabby feel without sacrificing traction. A directional shape with a long nose and a set-back stance makes it powerful and precise when pointing it, and also increases float to keep you on top of the deep stuff.

You can also ride a little easier knowing that the lightweight and strong aspen wood core comes from sustainably harvested trees in the Great Lakes region so you're not destroying the very places you love to ride. Tough UHMW sidewalls withstand abuse from rocks and stumps, and the durable sintered base is fast and retains wax well to keep you moving through slow spots.

Hi there, would love your opinion on whether this is a good board for me. I like the flexibility of being able to bomb down groomers and explore in powder, but usually don't spend much time in the park. I'm a fairly strong rider so I CAN handle something a bit heavier and stiffer, but I don't want something that will exhaust me.

Also, I'm 135 lbs and 5' 5.5''. Would you recommend the 149 or the 152?

THANK YOU!
