Learning curves are a beast, and bruises are inevitable. At least the Giro Combyn Helmet can take a little tough love. This innovative new helmet offers both the comfort and protection from low-energy, repeat impacts of a lightweight EPP helmet with the durability of a traditional EPS helmet designed to absorb one high-energy crash. The Combyn does this with a tough but flexible outer shell and two types of impact-absorbing vinyl nitrile foam inside. In addition, the Super Cool vents and stack ventilation will keep your head cool and your goggles fog-free, so you can't use that as an excuse for missing a landing. And Giro's Fit Kit adjustment keeps the Combyn snug, even if your dome is misshapen from all the previous abuse.
