The Giro Cipher Helmet pairs safety and comfort with all the technological bells and whistles you'll need for a rockin' day of shredding trails. A built-in POV camera mount lets you safely attach your camera of choice to document every moment and share your ride with the world. Giro also knows you need tunes to get pumped up for a run, so it includes TuneUps audio speaker pockets with O-Snap cord management to safely hold on to your favorite earbuds.
On the safety side of things, the Cipher features a lightweight fiberglass shell with an EPS foam liner to provide oodles of dome protection without any heavy bobblehead effect and a vinyl nitrate-lined chin bar to protect your jawline and keep errant branches and flying squirrels away from your face. A tool-free adjustable visor helps manage branches and sun glare, and is easily removable for a visor-free ride.
All that safety and fun factor won't fly if you can't stay cool, so Giro uses eight vents and internal air channeling to keep airflow moving, with strategically placed vented brow ports that gulp in air as you fly down the trail to provide natural air conditioning for your noggin. The Cipher's X-Static antimicrobial padding handles excess sweat and fights off any stink-producing organisms for a peachy clean ride every time. The pads are easily removable for replacement or in an emergency, and aftermarket Fit Kit padding systems can further customize the comfort factor.
Giro utilizes a solid D-Ring buckle system to hold this helmet firmly in place, letting you focus on the next rock garden or switchback without any shifting helmet distractions. So find a new trail, carve some hard corners, and get rad with the Giro Cipher Helmet.
