Better protection for the road.

Short-finger gloves (or even no gloves) are certainly the norm on road bikes, but it never made much sense to us that’d you’d give up the protection on the most sensitive part of your fingers just because you’re riding skinny tires. And, with ever more of our ‘road’ rides encompassing a variety of surface types, this is even more true. Fortunately, Giro’s created a glove that breathes well enough to be worn on even the hottest days, but still provides that full-finger protection we want when the going gets gravelly.

Get 'er done.

I bought these gloves for my boyfriend seeing as how he ripped the palm out of his last pair. So far, so good. These gloves are not super expensive and work very well. Good pad/grip on the palm and fingers. The white is pretty stylish too (for the first few rides!)

Pretty good

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Its an adequate glove. Its light weight; not winter gear. Good for me down to about 50's. Not 40's for me but I get cold easily. Min padding and runs tad small. Like the yellow for cars to see. Love most Giro stuff and these are good on sale but can't say great. I haven't tried in the heat in Denver yet. No wind blocking material but those types of gloves are going to more expensive and also really hot

Good Quality Glove

I've used the Giro Bravo fingerless for a few seasons, and I really like the fit and moderate padding. This is the full finger version, and it's a very similar design. Giro Bravo gloves are durable and comfortable.

Glove is good down to the mid-40 temperatures, I usually switch to a heavier glove or use a thin liner if it's much colder.

I just throw these in the wash when they get dirty or sweaty - Bravo gloves stand-up to multiple washings without any issues - I do put them in a separate small mesh laundry bag so the Velcro doesn't snag any other clothes.

Hang to dry - gloves don't like clothes dryers.

Great three seasons gloves!

I originally purchased the white in Medium then decided to get a second pair, this time in high vis yellow for my early morning rides. I've used them in warm weather 85 plus degrees and in cool weather 55 + degrees. Never overheated and never numbed due to the cooler temps. These glove fit great, have just the right padding and very good grip while offering a bit of protection from the rays and tarmac if the unfortunate were to occur. These qualities would rate the glove a 4; but because of the added bonus of being able to operate my Samsung G4 touchscreen as well as my iPod, I gave these gloves a 5.

Great glove.

I live in northern California and I wear this glove from cool weather to triple digits. The XXL glove stretches to fit my XXL hands without cutting off circulation and offers sun protection while breathing and staying dry. This glove is near perfection. I just purchased my third pair, and not because they have worn out. The highlighter color, of the woven fabric, fades over time and I like the crisp new color after a while.
