Description

For 274 days of abuse.

Designed with equal parts elemental protection, durability, and vibration-damping comfort, the Giordana Tri-Season Gloves are built to be the only piece of insulating hand wear you'll need between the steamy highs of summer and the deepest of winter's depths.

The back of the hand presents a windproof fabric to the atmosphere, while the palm presents gel padding to road noise coming through your handlebars. Amara, a tough-but-breathable synthetic leather found throughout sporting goods, presents equal resistance to the lithosphere should you have the misfortune of sliding out on some early-winter ice or to the biosphere while brushing autumnal goat heads off of your tires.

The gloves' lining is brushed for softness and moisture evacuation, and the moderate insulation it provides is buttressed up by the shell's windproof properties. A hook-and-loop strap at the wrist maintains a seal against the cold, and reflective elements help keep you visible in low-light conditions.

The Giordana Tri-Season Gloves are available in four sizes ranging from Small to X-Large in the color Black.

So far so good!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are great gloves. I have relatively big hands (I can palm a basketball) and the XL fits great, but maybe a little roomy in the palm area. The gel inserts are low profile and they are comfortable with good feel for the road. Shifting/braking is no problem with these either. They also register on my iPhone's touchscreen and bezel on my Garmin Forerunner 410, which are important things as well. They are warm too: I've had to take them off after a few hours in 40° temps with sun shining and no wind. I feel like anything down to 30° should be fine with these.
