Expect the same bomber performance from the Garmont Women’s Xena Thermo AT Boot as you do from your alpine freeride boots. Specifically designed for women, the Xena allows you to shred the backcountry on your planks just the way you like. This freeride boot has a double-injected cuff that accommodates a woman’s leg shape, and women’s-specific liners fit securely around a woman's lower-volume forefoot and narrower heels. The Xena gives you the mobility to ski fast and catch some air while providing the comfort of a ski mountaineering boot.

  • Comes with both the Endorphin ski mountaineering soles and ISO alpine soles

Bottom Line: Get after it ladies.

Good control

Was nervous about the weight of this boot compared with something basic like the Scarpa Magic, but so far have been pleasantly surprised by its performance. I'd rather have the extra lbs and more control than the other way round, even in challenging, long ski-tours. Sole interchangeability is useful.

Xena

My girlfriend rocks these for both resort and touring. With a flex of 120 it is stiff enough to drive goats with dukes on them yet comfortable to spend the day in the backcountry. The double lean angle (20 and 25) allows for a comfortable and customizable fit. great boot from a great company.
